The Rich-E-Split warranty:

• If your Rich-E-Split fails to perform its intended function of splitting a stereo, non-powered, instrument signal into two mono, non-powered signals, within a period of 90 days from the date of shipping, we will replace the defective unit with a new one at no additional charge, in accordance with the terms of the "Return Policy"shown below.        

• We encourage you to ask any questions before you buy and we will do our best to answer if we can. However if you convince us that we have mis-represented the unit, or our transaction, within a period of 90 days from the date of shipping, we will replace the unit with a new one at no additional charge, in accordance with the terms of the "Return Policy" shown below.

The Rich-E-Split warranty becomes VOID under any of the following conditions:

• 90 days after the date of shipping.

• If the plastic box is opened, modified, or tampered with in any way.

• If the jacks, wiring, or solder points are damaged, modified, or tampered with in any way.

• If the unit appears damaged as a result of accident or abuse.

• If unit failure is the result of improper use. "Improper use" includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Using anything other than a properly functioning 1/4" STEREO cable plug in the STEREO or Rick-O-Sound jack.
• Using anything other than properly functioning 1/4" MONO cable plugs in the NECK(Bass) and/or BRIDGE(Treble) jacks.
• Using any charged or powered cables plugged into any jack input/output of the Rich-E-Split box.

Return Policy:

• We will accept returns of a Rich-E-Split unit only in the event of a unit failure under warranty, or breakage/failure due to shipping.

• Prior to returning the unit, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address from us via email prior to sending the unit back.

• It is unlikely that your Rich-E-Split will become damaged due to shipping. But if it does, you must immediately upon receipt take digital photos of the original packaging and contents, as well as detailed photos of the Rich-E-Split unit. Email these photos to us at the time you request a Return Authorization Number.

• Please use the email address in the owners manual. You may also use the "Contact Us" form on this site.  We avoid placing the email address online in text to avoid phishing and scams.

• The cost of return postage isat your expense.
